10 Easy Steps to Boost Your Work Productivity
1. Wake up early. What time is considered early? Think about your official start time. Let’s say it is 9am and you usually wake up at 7:30am. Then you should change your habit to arrive at 8:00am and wake up at 6:30am. Don’t think this will deprive you of one hour of personal time. Use this one hour to prepare your day. Reply to emails which arrived overnight perhaps from your colleagues in another office or from your boss. When they see your reply they will appreciate your earlier than expected response.
2. Use the X Chart of urgency and importance.
3. Know if you are a night person, mid day person and morning person. Allocate the most critical and think intensive work to the time when you have the most energy.
